Ship To Us Policies
Buying Policy
1. We do not buy international edition textbooks.
2. We do not buy teacher edition textbooks.
3. If CDs and discs are required with the book they must be sent with the book or you will not receive payment.
Packaging Policy
1. If you do not include the packing slip with your shipment, you may not receive payment.
Shipping Policy
1. All textbook sell back shipments must reach us within 30 days of the order date. If your shipment does not reach us within 30 days, your textbook sell back quote will not be valid. Books that arrive after the 30 day period will be valued at the current sell back price that we are offering on our website.
2. Bucks4Books.com is not responsible for items lost in the mail. If you would like to insure your package or obtain delivery confirmation you may do so at your own expense.
Quantity Policy
1. Bucks4Books.com has a limit of 5 of the same textbook per month. If you send more than 5 textbooks with the same ISBN to us, Bucks4Books.com will only process the first 5 textbooks. Bucks4Books.com will not process quantities over 5 unless prior authorization has been issued by our staff through our bulk sell back program.
Textbook Quality Policy
1. Textbooks or books may only be sold by the ISBN number which it was produced as. Customers that tamper with ISBN numbers on a physical textbook or packaging slip will not receive payment.
2. If the condition of your textbooks are materially different then stated, pricing may be adjusted accordingly.
3. If you send us a study guide that has been used (with marks, highlights, and/or pages missing, etc.) you will not receive payment.
4. Any textbooks that violate one or more of our Ship-to-Us Policies will be recycled or it can be shipped back at your expense.
