What do I need to include with my package?
Please include your packaging slip along with all textbooks which are listed on your packaging slip. Your packaging slip can be printed from your e-mail confirmation or at the end of the textbook sell back process.
Who pays for shipping?
ValoreBooks.com pays for shipping. At the end of the textbook sell back process you will be asked to print a pre-paid shipping label. If you are unable to print at the current time, a link will be provided in your e-mail confirmation, so you may print at a later time.
Is my package insured?
No. Our prepaid mailing label pays for USPS Media Mail only. If you would like to insure your package or receive a delivery confirmation you may do so at your own expense. Remember to package your textbooks securely. ValoreBooks.com is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
